These Vegan Chocolate No Bake Cookies are such a quick and easy treat.

Most of us have had these in our life time and have such fond memories of these fudge flavored no bake oatmeal cookies.

As for me, I love the fact that you don’t have to turn on your oven to bake these cookies.

These cookies are some simple, most of us already have all the needed ingredients in our pantry and refrigerator.

Just make sure you have all your ingredients measured and ready to add.

This will ensure that your cookies will set up perfectly.

Vegan Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Vegan Chocolate No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Vegan Margarine

1/2 Cup Almond Milk or your favorite milk alternative

3 Tbsp. Baking Cocoa

A Dash of Salt

1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract

3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats

Instructions

Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Make sure to have all the ingredients measured and ready to add.

In a large sauce pan, combine the sugar, margarine, milk, baking cocoa, and salt.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, add the peanut butter and vanilla, stir until well blended.

Lastly, add the oats and stir until everything is covered by the chocolate mixture.

Scoop the mixture into a ball and place them onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

You should get about two sheets of cookies.

Let the cookies rest until they set.

Store these cookies in a air tight container.
