Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Vegan Margarine
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk Or your favorite milk alternative
  • 3 Tbsp Baking Cocoa
  • Dash Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups Old Fashioned Oats

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make sure to have all the ingredients measured and ready to add. This will ensure that you have the perfect result for these cookies.
  • In a large sauce pan, combine the sugar, margarine, milk, baking cocoa, and salt.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat, add the peanut butter and vanilla, stir until well blended.
  • Lastly, add the oats and stir until everything is covered by the chocolate mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture into a ball and place them onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • You should get about two sheets of cookies.
  • Let the cookies rest until they set.
  • Store these cookies in a air tight container.
