This Vegan Baked Cabbage is an easy side dish that compliments anything.
I found this recipe in an old cook book, though, it was not vegan.
But it really was not hard making this recipe vegan.
By itself, it makes for a great side dish.
But it could also make for a fantastic PASTA dish! Especially when you add in some vegan sausage.
You can experiment with other additions and different types of pasta. It also goes great with gluten-free pasta!
There really is no limit to this simply easy and complimentary side dish!
