Creamy Avocado Dressing

What ingredients are needed for the dressing?

  • Avocado – The avocado has a thick creamy texture with a buttery flavor and is perfect for this dressing.
  • Oil – The oil I used in this recipe was avocado oil, but any variety of oil will work just as well.
  • Lemon Juice – Lemon juice is the base of the dressing and adds just the right amount of tanginess.
  • Plant Based Milk – In this dressing I used an unsweetened plain almond milk to add just a bit more creaminess to the dressing.
  • Seasonings – Onion, minced garlic, dill, salt and pepper are added for flavor.

How to make the Creamy Avocado Dressing

Clean and cut up the ripe avocados.

Add the cut up avocados to a high speed blender.

Measure and add the oil, lemon juice, plant based milk, and seasonings to the blender.

Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Pour into a closable container and place into the refrigerator.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plain Plant Based Milk I used a almond milk.
  • 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

Instructions
