Creamy Avocado Dressing

A dressing that can be used as a spread to your favorite sandwich or even as a dip for chips and fresh vegetables.

- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plain Plant Based Milk I used a almond milk.
- 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
Clean and cut up the ripe avocados.
Add the cut up avocados to a high speed blender.
Measure and add the oil, lemon juice, plant based milk, and seasonings to the blender.
Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a closable container and place into the refrigerator.
How to serve your creamy dressing
- Serve as a condiment for your fries
- Pour the dressing into a serving bowl for dipping any type of chip, crackers or vegetables
- Dollop on top of any Mexican style dish
- Spread onto a wrap or any sandwich as a mayo replacement
