Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plain Plant Based Milk I used a almond milk.
  • 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut up the ripe avocados.
  • Add the cut up avocados to a high speed blender.
  • Measure and add the oil, lemon juice, plant based milk, and seasonings to the blender.
  • Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a closable container and place into the refrigerator.

How to serve your creamy dressing
 
  • Serve as a condiment for your fries
  • Pour the dressing into a serving bowl for dipping any type of chip, crackers or vegetables
  • Dollop on top of any Mexican style dish
  • Spread onto a wrap or any sandwich as a mayo replacement
