Creamy Avocado Dressing

A dressing that can be used as a spread to your favorite sandwich or even as a dip for chips and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plain Plant Based Milk I used a almond milk.
  • 3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender

Method
 

  1. Clean and cut up the ripe avocados.
  2. Add the cut up avocados to a high speed blender.
  3. Measure and add the oil, lemon juice, plant based milk, and seasonings to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a closable container and place into the refrigerator.

How to serve your creamy dressing
 
  • Serve as a condiment for your fries
  • Pour the dressing into a serving bowl for dipping any type of chip, crackers or vegetables
  • Dollop on top of any Mexican style dish
  • Spread onto a wrap or any sandwich as a mayo replacement
