Balsamic Peach Flatbread are a simple and fast appetizer, a great side to a soup or a salad.

The peaches are placed on top of my favorite vegan cream cheese mixed with a little citrus and sweetener, smeared on a toasted flatbread.

And then topped with just a splash of balsamic vinegar.

With this recipe, I added peaches, but this can be substituted with many other fruits or even berries.

I personally didn’t grill or saute the peaches, they were so sweet, I thought it would destroy the flavor.

Even though peaches are no longer in season, there are many different fruits to try such as pears, apples, grapes, apricots, and even pineapple.

These fruits can be sauteed or grilled, then added to the flatbread.

Berries are another alternative to peaches, try blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or even strawberries.

Fresh berries are the best way to go, but the berries can also be cooked down on the stove as a sauce that can be used as a topping for the flatbread.
