Drain the tofu and wrap the block into a linen towel, let this rest for about 10 minutes before cutting it in half.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 13 x 9 glass baking dish with margarine, set aside.
After the tofu has drained for 10 minutes, cut the block in half and add to a mixing bowl, along with oil, margarine, and sugars, blend together until creamy.
Slowly add the flour about a 1/2 cup at a time, then continue to add the remaining ingredients.
After the dough is well combined, add and stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour and spread the dough into the greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top of the brownies.
Place the dish into oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Check the bars after 25 to 30 minutes by inserting a toothpick in the center of the bars, the toothpick should come out clean when it is done. (Baking times can vary.)
Remove from the oven to cool.
Once the brownies are cool, cut, and serve.
