Oven Roasted Green Beans

With only a few ingredients tossed on to your fresh green beans and you have a perfect side dish for anytime of year.

- 2 lb. Fresh Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Clean and dry the fresh green beans.
Preheat the oven to 425° F.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the green beans evenly over the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the green beans.
Drizzle the oil over the green beans.
Stir everything together on the baking sheet, making sure to coat all the beans with the seasoning and oil.
Place the baking sheet into the oven to bake for about 8 minutes, stir, and rotate the baking sheet.
Bake for another 7 minutes or until the beans are soft but slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve as a side dish to any meal.

Camping? Try these green beans wrapped in parchment paper and foil, toss on the grill or camp fire.
No need to heat these beans up the next day, enjoy them cold. Toss them into any salad, or just snack on them.
