Homemade Catalina French Dressing

This easy to make dairy free, gluten free dressing uses simple ingredients and is full of that sweet tangy flavor that we all enjoy in a salad dressing.

- 1 Cup Avocado Oil
- 2/3 Cup Ketchup
- 4 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup
- 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
Put all the ingredients into a quart canning jar, screw on the cover tightly, and shake until well combined.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Each time you are ready to use the dressing, shake before use.
This dressing will keep for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
