Overnight Oats with Fruit is a simply easy, fast, and customizable breakfast.
I’m a fan of this easy to whip together breakfast that not only can you quickly prepare the night before but also is easily customizable.
By now everyone has heard or has tried this easy breakfast, you can just throw everything together in a bowl or jar, stir and place it in the refrigerator for the next day.
What I also like about these overnight oats, is that you can enjoy it cold or pour it in a bowl and warm it up in the microwave.
You are also able to customize your oats any way you like.
Add different fruits or berries, such as: raspberries, blackberries, raisins, peaches, apples, or a mango.
Mix in nuts or nut butters each time you make these overnight oats, try: peanut butter, almond butter, diced almonds, walnuts, or pecans.

Ingredients for the overnight oats
- Oats – I like to use quick oats in this recipe, you can also use old fashioned oats.
- Plant Based Milk – I like to use an unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk. Use your favorite plant based milk.
- Real Maple Syrup – My sweetener of choice is maple syrup. I love this sweetener because of the distinctive complex flavor.
- Ground Cinnamon – I like to add the slightly sweet and warming flavor of ground cinnamon to my oats, whether the oats are hot or cold.
- Banana – Adding a banana is completely optional.
- Fruit/Berries – I added blueberries to my oats. Add your favorite fruits to your own oats.
- Nuts/Nut Butters – Add your favorite nuts or nut butters to your oats.
