This Healthy Christmas Sparkler is a sweet and healthy juice that will compliment your Christmas breakfast.
Made from fresh celery, apples, ginger, topped off with sparkling water, and a slice of fresh lime.
But this non alcoholic juice is also so versatile, it doesn’t have to be just for breakfast, you can enjoy this anytime of day and anytime of year.
Because this refreshing juice has no alcohol, everyone can enjoy, the young, old, pregnant and of course the non drinkers.
We all like to indulge in comforting but maybe not-so-healthy foods and drinks during the holidays.
Why not not add a little balance with this healthy treat.
So celebrate the holidays with this easy, naturally sweet, tangy, and refreshing juice everyone will fall in love with.
What ingredients are in this juice?
- Apples – I used a Gala apple for this juice. Gala apples are crisp with a mild sweetness and tangy flavor. Any apple will work for this juice, choose your favorite.
- Celery – The celery gives the juice a beautiful green color along with adding a slight salty sweetness and mild bitter taste to the drink.
- Ginger -The fresh ginger gives this beverage a slight spiciness with a earthy citrus flavor.
- Sparkling Water – I like adding sparkling water to this juice, it gives it a little something special, this is optional.
- Lime – Add a fresh sliced lime as a garnish.
How to make a Healthy Christmas Sparkler
Clean and slice the apples and celery into small chunks, set aside.
Peel and cut the ginger into smaller pieces, set aside.
Slice a lime, and set aside as a garnish.
Next add the celery, apples, and ginger to a juicer to juice.
After juicing, pour into four glasses, about half way.
Add ice, then top the juice off with the sparkling water.
Slide a slice of lime on the rim of the glass before serving, and serve.

- 4 Apples Choose your favorite. I used the Gala apple.
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger Root
- 1 Lime
- Sparkling Water
Instructions
- Clean and slice the apples and celery into small chunks, set aside.
- Peel and cut the ginger into smaller pieces, set aside.
- Slice a lime, and set aside as a garnish.
- Next add the celery, apples, and ginger to a juicer to juice.
- After juicing, pour into four glasses, about half way.
- Add ice, then top the juice off with the sparkling water.
- Slide a slice of lime on the rim of the glass before serving and serve.
