Ingredients
  

  • 4 Apples Choose your favorite. I used the Gala apple.
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger Root
  • 1 Lime
  • Sparkling Water

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer

Method
 

  1. Clean and slice the apples and celery into small chunks, set aside.
  2. Peel and cut the ginger into smaller pieces, set aside.
  3. Slice a lime, and set aside as a garnish.
  4. Next add the celery, apples, and ginger to a juicer to juice.
  5. After juicing, pour into four glasses, about half way.
  6. Add ice, then top the juice off with the sparkling water.
  7. Slide a slice of lime on the rim of the glass before serving and serve.
