It’s that time of year to start up the oven and bake up your Holiday Cookies!
Every year, most families get together to bake a variety of cookies for holiday parties.
But as we all know, most families do not make these cookies vegan or gluten free.
So unfortunately, a lot of family members can not enjoy those homemade holiday treats.
Of course, you can buy premade vegan or gluten free cookies in the store (ICK!), but it’s just not the same.
So below I have compiled a wide variety of tasty cookies that are all vegan and one that is gluten free, perfect for the holidays!
Holiday Cookies
My first cookie is the Biscotti, I have two recipes, one is vegan and gluten free, the other is just vegan.
These Gluten Free Biscotti are simple to make and use only 7 ingredients.
If you have no issues with gluten, you can try my Vegan Vanilla Almond Biscotti.

The remainder cookie recipes are just vegan.
Belgian Spice Cookies are known by many different names, Speculoos, Speculaas, Dutch Windmill Cookies, and Spekulatius.
In the United States, this popular cookie is known as, Biscoff.

Next are my Vegan Snickerdoodle Cookies, they are soft and flaky with a warm and sweet flavor of cinnamon.

Then there are my Vegan Doughnut Cookies, the product of a happy accident!
A veganized version of my great grandmother’s doughnuts made into a cookie.

One of my favorite cookies to make for the holidays are the Swedish Pepper Cookie called the Vegan Svenska Pepparkakor.
A Swedish Pepper Cookie that can traditionally be, not just a cookie, but also a biscuit or a cake.

Next are the must haves of the holiday, Sugar Cookies.
These are so easy to customize into different shapes and you can add different frosting and/or colored sugars.
The simple Vegan Brown Sugar Cookies are crisp and have just the right amount of sweetness without any frosting.

Or try the Vegan Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies.
These are light and crisp with a slight chewy middle, they are perfect with or without frosting.

Ginger cookies are a wonderful addition to any holiday party.
These Vegan Soft Ginger Snaps have the smell of sweet molasses and ginger, like the traditional ginger snap cookie, but are soft and chewy just like a muffin.

One of the most unique cookies I make are these Vegan Magic in the Middle Cookies.
They are similar to the classic peanut butter cup, but taste so much better, with the peanut butter filling wrapped in a crisp dark chocolate cookie.

And of course you have the most beloved cookie of all time, the chocolate chip cookie.
You and your family will all fall in love with the soft, cake like texture, and taste of these Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.

The last cookie on my list are these Vegan Pumpkin Cookies.
They are a soft cake like, perfectly spiced pumpkin cookie drizzled in a coffee and vanilla flavored icing.
