Method
- Clean the watermelon and cucumbers.
- Cut the watermelon into cubes, slice the cucumber into chips and add them to a medium sized serving bowl.
- Measure and pour the oil and balsamic vinegar over the watermelon and cucumbers.
- Clean and dice the fresh herbs and sprinkle over the fruit.
- Add a little salt and pepper for taste.
- Gently toss everything together and serve.
- This salad will only keep for 2 days in the refrigerator, so enjoy it right away!
