- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the vegan mayo, lime juice, garlic, and onion powder and whisk together until blended.
- If using fresh cilantro, finely chop, add to the mixing bowl, and fold into the mayo mixture.
- But if using a dried cilantro, add with the other ingredients and blend.
- Pour the mixture into a pint jar, cover and place into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before using. This way the spices will marinade into the aioli.
Ways to enjoy your aioli
- As a dip for fries, chips, and crackers.
- Try it as a substitute for sour cream.
- Or why not try aioli as a spread for your sandwiches, hot or cold.
