Vegan Cilantro Lime Aioli

- 1 Cup Mayo Alternative
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dried or chopped Fresh Cilantro
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the mayo alternative, lime juice, garlic, and onion powder and whisk together until blended.
If using fresh cilantro, finely chop and add to the mixing bowl and fold into the mayo mixture.
But if using the dried cilantro, just add with the other ingredients and blend.
Pour the mixture into a pint jar, cover and place into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before using. This way the spices will marinade into the aioli.
Ways to enjoy your aioli
As a dip for fries, chips, and crackers.
Try it as a substitute for sour cream.
