Vegan Cilantro Lime Aioli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mayo Alternative
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Dried or chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the mayo alternative, lime juice, garlic, and onion powder and whisk together until blended.
  • If using fresh cilantro, finely chop and add to the mixing bowl and fold into the mayo mixture.
  • But if using the dried cilantro, just add with the other ingredients and blend.
  • Pour the mixture into a pint jar, cover and place into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before using. This way the spices will marinade into the aioli.

Ways to enjoy your aioli

  • As a dip for fries, chips, and crackers.
  • Try it as a substitute for sour cream.
  • Or why not try aioli as a spread for your sandwiches, hot or cold.
