Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Rhubarb
  • 4 Cups Water
  • Ice
  • Plain Sparkling Water

Instructions
 

  • Clean and remove the stems from the fresh strawberries and add to a blender.
  • Wash, remove, and discard the leaf from the rhubarb stems, cut into smaller pieces, add to the blender.
  • Add water, pulse to combine, and let this sit for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place a fine mesh strainer over a quart jar and pour the mixture into the strainer, separating the solids from the liquid.
  • Save the solids for later use or discard.
  • Pour the mixture into a small pitcher or quart jar and store in the refrigerator when ready to serve.
  • When ready to serve, add ice, pour about a half of a glass of the mixture and then add sparkling water.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries or sliced rhubarb and enjoy!
