Sparkling Berry Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Lemonade Any flavor of choice, I used a plain lemonade.
  • Handful Berries Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries.
Garnish
  • Citrus slices Lemon, Lime, or Orange.
  • Berries Any berry of choice.
  • Herbs Any mints, rosemary, thyme, lemon verbena.
  • Edible flowers Roses, lavender, violets, day lilies.

Equipment

  • 2 Ice Tray's

Method
 

  1. Clean, trim, and remove stems of all the berries, set aside.
  2. In 2 ice trays, pour the lemonade until the cubes are full.
  3. Add one or two berries or herbs to each cube segment in the ice cube tray.
  4. Slide the full ice trays into the freezer.
  5. Leave the ice trays over night or until the cubes are solid.
  6. Once the cubes are solid, make the drink of your choice.

Notes

Ways to enjoy this lemonade
Pour plain sparkling water over the cubes, serve.
Add the cubes to a blender and blend into a slush, pour into a glass, and top off with a sparkling water.
Drop a few cubes into your ice tea.
Garnish the lemonade with a sliced lemon, strawberry, edible flowers, or a sprig of mint.
