- Clean the mushrooms and place them into a medium sized slow cooker.
- Next, drizzle the oil over all the mushrooms.
- Follow by sprinkling the seasonings over the mushrooms.
- Stir the mushrooms until everything is covered well with the oil and seasoning.
- Turn the temperature to low on the slow cooker.
- Leave the mushrooms to cook for 3 to 4 hours, checking and stir every once in a while.
- After the mushrooms have darkened and softened, they are done.
- Enjoy this simply easy appetizer!

What to do with the left overs?
Add the left over mushrooms to pasta, burgers, stir fry's, soups or chili.
Use the sauce in a stir fry as the base or add it to your cooked pasta with fresh herbs and vegetables.
