Method
- Clean and cut all the vegetables, I did peel the zucchini, this is optional.
- In a large fry pan, add the oil and all the vegetables, saute until the vegetables are soft and have a slight brown color to them.
- Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Warm up or toast the bun, bread, or wrap.
- Smear the mayo onto the bread.
- Top the mayo with a burger and/or cheese, optional.
- Scoop the sauteed vegetables onto the bread, wrap, burger, and/or cheese.
- Thinly slice a fresh tomato and add to your sandwich.
- Enjoy!
