Ingredients
Method
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, set aside.
- Clean the spinach and onion, set aside.
- Dice the onion, add to a large frying pan with oil and fry until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- In stages, add a little spinach slowly, stirring until the leaves begin to wilt.
- After all the spinach has been added, stir in the chickpeas and seasonings.
- Heat until the chickpeas are hot.
- Serve hot as a main dish or as a side dish.
