Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 4 large Sweet Potatoes or Yams
  • Oil I like to use Avocado or Olive Oil.
  • Onion Powder To taste, Optional.
  • Garlic Powder or Minced garlic To taste, Optional.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • After cleaning the sweet potatoes, decide to leave the peeling on or peel the potatoes.
  • Slice or dice the potatoes and place them into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the seasoning over the potatoes.
  • Toss the potatoes to coat evenly, then pour onto the parchment paper.
  • Spread out the potatoes evenly.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • After the 20 minutes, lightly toss or flip the potatoes and return to the oven.
  • Bake for about another 15 to 20 minutes, keeping a close eye on the potatoes, making sure they do not burn.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and serve.
