Peach Lemonade Cubes
Clean and slice the peaches, discard the pit, and add the sliced peaches to a blender.
Add water and blend until pureed.
Place a sieve over a large bowl and pour the puree into the sieve.
Use the back of a spoon to push the puree around so that the liquid will pass through.
Add the sugar and lemon juice to the mixing bowl with the pureed peaches and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, place them into the freezer to freeze.
Once the mixture has frozen, use the cubes in your favorite beverage.
Cold Brew Iced Tea
In a 2 liter pitcher, add water and 4 tea bags. ( Use the amount of tea bags you prefer. )
I used organic black tea but you can use any tea you think would pair with the Peach Lemonade Cubes.
Place the pitcher into the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
Remove the tea bags.
Place a few of the Peach Lemonade Cubes into a tall glass, pour the freshly brewed tea over the cubes and enjoy!
