The cubes are made from fresh peaches and homemade lemonade, a perfect addition to any beverage of choice.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 2 Ice Cube Trays
  • 1 2 Liter Glass Pitcher Only needed if making cold brew iced tea.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Fresh Peaches
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice

Cold Brew Iced Tea - Optional

  • 4 Black Tea Bags
  • Water

Instructions
 

Peach Lemonade Cubes

  • Clean and slice the peaches, discard the pit, and add the sliced peaches to a blender.
  • Add water and blend until pureed.
  • Place a sieve over a large bowl and pour the puree into the sieve.
  • Use the back of a spoon to push the puree around so that the liquid will pass through.
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice to the mixing bowl with the pureed peaches and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays, place them into the freezer to freeze.
  • Once the mixture has frozen, use the cubes in your favorite beverage.

Cold Brew Iced Tea

  • In a 2 liter pitcher, add water and 4 tea bags. ( Use the amount of tea bags you prefer. )
  • I used organic black tea but you can use any tea you think would pair with the Peach Lemonade Cubes.
  • Place the pitcher into the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
  • Remove the tea bags.
  • Place a few of the Peach Lemonade Cubes into a tall glass, pour the freshly brewed tea over the cubes and enjoy!

Add these cubes to a adult beverage of your choice.
