Method
- Clean and chop up all the vegetables and set aside.
- Slice the olives and set aside.
- Prepare the nacho serving plate with the tortilla chips of your choice.
- Drizzle the vegan cheese over all the chips, making sure to cover each chip.
- Evenly spoon salsa onto the chips.
- Next add all the chopped vegetables and olives on top of the chips.
- If adding beans, now would be the time to sprinkle them over the chips.
- Lastly, drop on little dollops of aioli (optional) on the top of the fresh vegetables and serve.
Notes
When it comes to nachos, make sure to only prepare what you will eat at one setting.
You can always make more up when everyone cleans the platter.
