A old fashioned Macaroni and Tomatoes dinner that uses simple ingredients and is so easy to whip up for a fast meal.

- 1 Package Pasta
- 1 16 oz. Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz. can Kidney Beans or Chick Peas Optional
- 1 15oz. can Vegetables, such as Peas, Corn, Green Beans Optional
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic Optional
- 1 tsp Powdered Onion Optional
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Make your favorite pasta to the package direction, drain and put back into the pot.
If adding beans, drain, rinse and add to the pot with the pasta.
Adding vegetables? Drain and add to the pasta.
Add the seasonings of your choice.
Stir and cook over a medium heat to a boil.
Remove and serve hot.
How to serve this dish
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta.
Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
Top the dish with a sprinkle of herbs.
Serve with your favorite bread of choice.
