A old fashioned Macaroni and Tomatoes dinner that uses simple ingredients and is so easy to whip up for a fast meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Pasta
  • 1 16 oz. Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. can Kidney Beans or Chick Peas Optional
  • 1 15oz. can Vegetables, such as Peas, Corn, Green Beans Optional
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic Optional
  • 1 tsp Powdered Onion Optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Make your favorite pasta to the package direction, drain and put back into the pot.
  • If adding beans, drain, rinse and add to the pot with the pasta.
  • Adding vegetables? Drain and add to the pasta.
  • Add the seasonings of your choice.
  • Stir and cook over a medium heat to a boil.
  • Remove and serve hot.

Notes

How to serve this dish
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the pasta.
Add a dollop of sour cream on top.
Top the dish with a sprinkle of herbs.
Serve with your favorite bread of choice.
