Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a medium saucepan.
- Cook on a medium heat, stir and bring everything to a simmer.
- Make sure to cover the pot, but do not place the lid on to tight, letting the steam escape.
- Keeping the sauce at a simmer, continue to check and stir the sauce for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- You will notice the sauce will start to thicken.
- After about 15 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat and leave it to cool.
- Once cool, pour into a quart jar, cover and place into the refrigerator.
