Homemade Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Potatoes I like to use red potatoes.
  • Avocado Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450° F.
  • Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Clean and slice the potatoes into wedges.
  • Place the sliced potatoes into a medium sized mixing bowl, pour the oil over the potatoes.
  • Stir until the potatoes are covered
  • Sprinkle the salt and pepper (and any spices of your choice) over the potatoes and stir.
  • Pour the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spread out evenly in one layer.
  • Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • At 20 minutes, stir and flip the potatoes and place the baking sheet back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
  • After the 20 minutes, the potatoes should be crisp and browned, if not return to the oven and continue baking for another 10 minutes until crispy and brown to your liking.
  • Once the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

A few different spices to try
Onion powder, garlic powder, Italian Seasonings, ground rosemary, lemon pepper, smoked paprika.
