Method
- Clean the cilantro and tomatoes.
- Slice the tomatoes in half lengthwise and clean out the inside with a spoon. Save the insides for another recipe.
- Dice the seeded tomatoes and add them to a glass bowl.
- Chop up the onion, fresh cilantro, then add to the bowl of tomatoes.
- Optional peppers, clean, dice the peppers of choice and add to the bowl of tomatoes.
- Add the lemon or lime juice, minced garlic and salt.
- Stir, serve immediately or cover and place into refrigerator to enjoy later.

Use the Pico De Gallo within 2 days for the best taste.
