Ripe Avocados

Vidalia Onion

Roma Tomato
Depending on the size, 1 full tomato can be used.

Salt

Onion Powder

Lime Juice

Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
Clean the avocados, tomatoes, and cilantro.
Cut each avocado in half, remove pit, and with a spoon, scoop them out into a small mixing bowl.
Mash the avocado up with a fork.
Slice the tomato and clean out the seeds, then dice the sliced tomato and add to the bowl.
Dice the cilantro up into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Slice and dice the onions into very small pieces, add to the bowl.
Add the lime juice and season with salt and onion powder.
Stir just until combined. and serve.
How to serve the guacamole
Besides serving with chips and crackers, there are other ways to use this guacamole.
Try it on a sandwich, a burrito, taco, toast, or on a dish such as pasta, or by itself.
