Ingredients
Method
- Clean, slice, and dice the apples and pears into cubes.
- Add to a medium sized serving bowl.
- Peel and dice the kiwi into cubes and place into the serving bowl.
Making the salad dressing
- In a measuring cup, whisk together the plant based milk, o.j., oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, and poppy seeds.
- Pour the dressing over the fruits and toss to coat, serve.

Want to change the salad up every once in a while?
Add in different varieties of nuts or dried fruits.
Nuts to try: Silvered almonds, candied walnuts or pecans.
Dried Fruits to try: Cranberries, blueberries, cherries, or strawberries.
