Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a 7 x 9 inch baking glass dish, add 3 Tbsp of butter and place into the preheated oven for 8 minutes, melting the butter.
While the butter is melting in the oven, it is time to blend the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Once the butter has melted, remove the dish from the oven and continue to tilt the dish so that the butter covers the sides and bottom.
Next pour your blended batter into the dish.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not open the oven for at least 20 minutes, have the oven light on to watch the dutch baby.
You will start to notice the pancake turning a light brown and the sides will start to puff up along the sides.
After the pancake has browned, remove from the oven.
Do not let the pancake cool, cut up the dutch baby and serve immediately.
Garnish with a dusting of powdered sugar, fresh fruit, jam, syrup, and/or whipped topping.
