  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a 7 x 9 inch baking glass dish, add 3 Tbsp of butter and place into the preheated oven for 8 minutes, melting the butter.
  • While the butter is melting in the oven, it is time to blend the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Once the butter has melted, remove the dish from the oven and continue to tilt the dish so that the butter covers the sides and bottom.
  • Next pour your blended batter into the dish.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Do not open the oven for at least 20 minutes, have the oven light on to watch the dutch baby.
  • You will start to notice the pancake turning a light brown and the sides will start to puff up along the sides.
  • After the pancake has browned, remove from the oven.
  • Do not let the pancake cool, cut up the dutch baby and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with a dusting of powdered sugar, fresh fruit, jam, syrup, and/or whipped topping.
  • Enjoy your new treat with your favorite hot beverage.
